My name is Alessia, I’m 20 and I’ve suffered from Alopecia for most of my life. Last year it exploded and became Alopecia Universalis which means I have no hair on my body whatsoever; I have been a closeted bald and wig wearer until last summer, when I decided that my well being was more important than what people thought about me.
This blog is born to help other people with Alopecia to share their experience and feel less alone. Since so many of us are closeted (especially girls) it’s easy to forget you are not the only one with this disorder.
So here you are, I hope you’ll enjoy staying on this blog and you’ll submit your experiences.
